Initials:
This course is for delegates who wish to work on or near the line on NWR Infrastructure.
The delegate/s must be over the age of 16 and have good understanding of the English Language.
All delegate/s must have undergone a Drug Screen within 3 months of attending the PTS Initial training. Delegate/s must also have undertaken a Medical.
PTS Initial can only be undertaken once the delegate/s have successfully passed their PTS E-Learning exam online.
On the day all delegate/s will be given a PTS Guide, PTS Key Points Book and PTS Logbook.
If the delegate/s requires a reader for the PTS exam the Sponsor should make the training centre aware at the time of booking.

Delegates must bring with them on the day of the training:

• PPE (Blue Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest, Hi Vis Trousers, Safety Boots)
• Photo I.D (driving licence/passport)
• Must know your Date of Birth & National Insurance (NI) Number
• E-Learning certificate

Re-certs:
This course is for delegates who require a re-assessment of their PTS when working on or near the line on NWR Infrastructure.
The delegate/s must be over the age of 16 and have good understanding of the English Language.
All delegate/s must have an in date Medical and Drug Screen.
Re-cert of the PTS can be done only if the competency is valid or within the 8 weeks grace period from the expiry date.
All delegate/s must have a minimum of 4 entries in their PTS Logbook
If the delegate/s requires a reader for the PTS exam the Sponsor should make the training centre aware at the time of booking.

Delegates must bring with them on the day of the training:

• Photo I.D- Sentinel Card/Virtual Card
• Must know your Date of Birth & National Insurance (NI) Number
• PTS Log Book with the minimum of 4 entries required for a PTS Re-cert
