IWA Assessment:
This assessment is for delegates who wish to maintain their IWA certification.
This is to be taken only when the assessment falls into the correct timescale to undergo an assessment.
The delegate/s must be over the age of 16 and have good understanding of the English Language.
All delegate/s must have an in date Medical and Drug Screen.
Delegates must have a minimum of 4 entries in their IWA Log Book which are endorsed by their mentor.

Delegates must bring with them on the day of the training:

• PPE (Blue Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest, Hi Vis Trousers, Safety Boots)
• Photo I.D- Sentinel Card/Virtual Card
• Must know your Date of Birth & National Insurance (NI) Number
• IWA Log Book with the minimum of 4 entries
