Post Mentoring:
This assessment is for delegates whose have passed their ES Initial course and need to complete their P assessment.
This is to be taken within 4 months of the ES Initial training.
The delegate/s must be over the age of 16 and have good understanding of the English Language.
All delegate/s must have an in date Medical and Drug Screen.
Delegates must have a minimum of 4 entries in their ES Log Book which are endorsed by their mentor.

Delegates must bring with them on the day of the training:

• PPE (Blue Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest, Hi Vis Trousers, Safety Boots)
• Photo I.D- Sentinel Card/Virtual Card
• Must know your Date of Birth & National Insurance (NI) Number
• ES Log Book with the minimum of 4 entries

Interim:

This assessment is for delegates who wish to maintain their ES certification.
This is to be taken within 9 to 15 months of the ES Initial training.
The delegate/s must be over the age of 16 and have good understanding of the English Language.
All delegate/s must have an in date Medical and Drug Screen.
Delegates must have a minimum of 4 entries in their ES Log Book which are endorsed by their mentor.

Delegates must bring with them on the day of the training:

• Photo I.D- Sentinel Card/Virtual Card
• Must know your Date of Birth & National Insurance (NI) Number
• PPE (Blue Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest, Hi Vis Trousers, Safety Boots)
• ES Log Book with the minimum of 4 entries
