Trackwork is one of the UK’s leading providers of multidiscipline engineering services to the rail industry and the acquisition of HCOMM adds telecoms to our signalling and track capabilities.

Hcomm’s business will continue as normal and will benefit from having a larger organisation supporting its continued growth, development of its Principal Contractor status and excellent reputation within the rail industry.

The acquisition will strengthen Trackwork’s presence in the UK rail market whilst allowing Hcomm to retain its brand identity and continue to deliver the outstanding service that its clients expect.
