Trackwork has expanded its Rail Projects Division to include Trackside Civil Engineering.

The development of the division comes in response to a growing demand in the market for this complimentary service.

Rail Director, Simon Lee comments,

‘With a wealth of experience in delivering track construction projects, and with our clients requesting if we can provide a Trackside Civils Service, we have responded with a new division built around an experienced team of specialist Trackside Civil engineers.’

The new division has been developed by Sam Allen, who has over 20 years’ experience in Civil Engineering & Permanent Way.

Simon Lee adds ‘Trackside Civil Engineering has great synergy within our wider Rail Projects offering including our Rail Plant division, providing access to specialist Rail Plant such as Road Rail Excavators, as well as Civils Plant’.

Recent projects have included the construction of concrete walkways, track crossings, track drainage & Trotrack composite troughing installation.
